Public bug reported:

I have a WG connection on my laptop. Due to my ISP changing the public
IP of my fibre line, I have to update it in the client.

So I opened the settings of the WG connection, then on the Wireguard
tab, then the Peers button, where I changed the IP and validated.

But after a reboot, the old IP is there again.

In addition, the connection reports a success to connect, even though
this cannot be due to the wrong IP (and the server indeed does not see a
handshake).

I tried to use nmcli but could not find anything about the peers there.
