Public bug reported:

KDE laptop lid was closed to go to sleep. 6h later opening it it was
shutdown and it didnt loose batery but really shut down

1. unplug from electricity laptop that has chrome open
2. close lid
3. 6h later open lid
4. its doesnt wake up from sleep
5. it was shutdown, it started booting on by itself
6. chome has closed and asked to restore tabs
