Hi, I can confirm that the fix works on my installation (Ubuntu Studio 26.04 resolute). I have tested the fix on by enabling the -proposed channel and running the command
sudo apt install -t resolute-proposed pipewire After a restart, I opened patchance and the port grouping for qmidiroute works as expected (input and output ports attached to a single node instead of multiple scattered nodes). I haven't had the opportunity to test MIDI hardware though. Thank you for your time and effort, this is much appreciated! -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2159565 Title: [SRU] Fix port-naming formatting regression in ALSA sequencer bridge To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pipewire/+bug/2159565/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
