* Fix single-window screencast on PipeWire 1.6.x (LP: #2159516).
Backport two upstream fixes (in 0.8.2); per-window capture
negotiated a variable-framerate stream and 0.8.1 built an invalid
maxFramerate / divided by zero, failing negotiation with "no more
output formats":
* d/p/pipewire-1.6-fix-framerate-negotiation.patch: skip maxFramerate
and guard division when framerate == 0 (upstream 896cee82).
* d/p/pipewire-1.6-readable-mappable-buffers.patch: set
READABLE/MAPPABLE buffer flags to avoid client segfaults (upstream
45983137).
Not a blocker, but I would have expected the last two bullet points to
be indented and become "-" entries, since both patches are about the
top-most entry.
