Public bug reported:

It seems there are 3 libraries built by this package that are not
mentioned in the shlibs file, which causes a FTBFS for packages that
link against it, including LLVM.

I believe these are:

libabsl_clock_interface
libabsl_source_location
libabsl_status_builder

Moreover, I believe that libabsl_borrowed_fixup_buffer should be removed
from the shlibs.
