Hey Elias, thanks for sending in this bug report,
Could you connect a mouse and re-send the kernel logs from 7.0.0-27? The
follow command will produce a log files in your Downloads folder which
can then be attached here.
$ sudo dmesg > ~/Downloads/dmesg.log
This will help us understand why the kernel cannot detect your touchpad
device.
