- Ignore mimalloc files that are installed by default in some
architectures (e.g. armhf) even though we don't need them.
* Refresh the PGP keyring with the latest versions of the maintainers'
keys. This reverts fad99a5f9323 since Carlos's DSA key will no longer
be used.
* debian/rules:
- Use --param ggc-min-expand=10 on hppa, m68k and sh4 in order to
reduce the memory usage during compilation (see #1134391)

- Use the native byte order when converting from utf8 to utf16.
This fixes strings in big-endian machines (Closes: #1132818).
