Public bug reported:
openturns is FTBFS in s390x. 3 of the tests are failing. I have opened
LP:#2160198 to track the test fails.
There is only one reverse dependency 'persalys' which will also need to
be removed, and few Reverse-Recommends which will not make anything
uninstallable.
