Public bug reported:

Missing keystrokes on a Dell Precision 7860 laptop. Seems to be pretty
random, (sometimes the keys will work other times they won't) but only
certain keys are affected. It started off with just two keys, but it has
gotten worse over the past month, probably 10 keys now. If I use an
external keyboard it is completely fine, and there are no problems with
the keyboard when I'm on Windows 11. I switched to an older kernel
(6.17.29), and my keyboard worked fine using that kernel. After that, I
tried switching back to my current kernel (6.17.35), and it worked
perfectly again for about 5 minutes. Then the problem came back, with
the same keys seeming to be missing inputs. When the inputs miss, they
are missed by evtest as well.

1) 22.04.4 LTS
2) no package?
3) Expected: key to input properly
4) What happened: no input from key on individual or few keystrokes
