1. We cannot SRU to Focal anymore. This would need to go through ESM.
2. You are missing the SRU template: 
https://ubuntu.com/project/docs/SRU/reference/bug-template/#reference-sru-bug-template
3. Currently, I am not convinced this is severe enough of an impact to warrant 
an SRU. But it's hard to tell without seeing the necessary information from the 
SRU template.
4. It was deleted last year for being dead upstream:
