* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2154744). Remaining changes:
- Remove unused python3-betamax build-dependency.
- Remove indirect (build-)dependencies cffi and decorator.
- Drop python3-responses from the library dependencies.
- Add Testsuite: autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild.
- Update debian/watch to version 5.
- Update to debhelper 13.
- Drop deprecated python3-legacy-cgi.
- Remove unused python3-tz/python3-pytz dependency.
- Demote optional python3-repoze.who to Suggests.
* Dropped changes, included in Debian or no longer needed:
- Drop python3-importlib-resources dependency.
- Remove eptid file generated during test run.
- New upstream version 7.5.4.
- Skip failing test_namespace_processing patch, handled in Debian via
debian/rules.
- Drop python3-setuptools from the library dependencies.
