I just upgraded from 24.04 to 26.04 (this system goes back to 22.04). I
do not dual boot. I do not use FDE, neither TPM-based nor LUKS-based.
Still, fwupdmgr is blocking a critical update, because it requires(!) me
to enter a recovery I don't poses:
