Hello Maxime,

We currently ship some networkd-dispatcher scripts in the chrony
package. They are symlinks to the correspondent NetworkManager
dispatcher scripts:

# find /usr/lib/networkd-dispatcher/ -iname '*chrony*' | xargs ls -l
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 53 Feb 13 18:50
/usr/lib/networkd-dispatcher/off.d/chrony-onoffline ->
../../NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/20-chrony-onoffline
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 53 Feb 13 18:50
/usr/lib/networkd-dispatcher/routable.d/chrony-onoffline ->
../../NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/20-chrony-onoffline

The scripts above come directly from upstream: we do not ship Ubuntu-
specific modifications to them. I agree that we should also ship
something equivalent to the DHCP script you previously mentioned, but
(if I understood the situation correctly) this should probably be
discussed upstream first.

There was some work needed to make the onoffline NetworkManager script
work under systemd-dispatcher [1], and we can probably make it happen
again in the DHCP script.
