Hello Ken,
Schroot is not handing but qemu-user-static 1:8.2.2+ds-0ubuntu1.16 does
not support IOCTL TCGETS2. Therefore no prompt is shown but the terminal
reacts to command input.
This fix is already in noble-proposed as qemu-user-static
1:8.2.2+ds-0ubuntu1.17.
