Public bug reported:

I'm having a huge problem with audio bugs in Linux (firstly i've tested
on cachyos and now i'm on ubuntu). To sumarize it, when i boot my pc
with my headset (Havit H2002D, single jack, detachable microphone)
connected on it the audio from videos or songs gets muffled and my
microphone isn't recognized or only captures my pc's fan. When i unplug
it and plug it the audio is set back to normal, but my microphone isn't.
Claude made a report for me, it is attached in this bug report.
