Don't see the segfault breakage but handed for further QA to customers.
How to test drive leaving the proposed package installed to be
superceded:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-security-proposed/ppa
sudo apt install --only-upgrade nginx* libnginx*
sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:ubuntu-security-proposed/ppa
