Public bug reported:

This is a low-priority issue -- but a great opportunity for a brand-new
coder trying to find an easy commit to get their feet wet with open-
source.

Steps to reproduce (seen in Ubuntu 24.04.4):
1. In CLI, type `passwd`
2. The user will be prompted:
```
Changing password for <current username>
Current password:
```

3. Just hit the enter key. Don't type anything.
4. The user will now be prompted:
```
Current Password:
```

Note the case change of the 'p' in the second word from first prompt
(lower-case 'p' in "password") to second prompt (upper-case 'P' in
"Password")

I would expect the same case to be used in both prompts...probably lower-case
'p' in "password"...but that's for the grammar nerds to argue about...
