During partner nvme houtpug testing, it was found that same disk and machine:
passed: v6.8.0-124 kernel (22 round hotplug in/out)
io-error: v6.11.0-17 kernel ( 3 round)
The key diff in logs seems.
6.8.0-100-generic ( hotplug passed) ( has + )
+ enabling Extended Tags
6.17.0-23-generic ( hotplug io-error or oops)
+ z kernel: PCI: No. 2 try to assign unassigned res
+ z kernel: nvme nvme1: D3 entry latency set to 8 seconds
