The xdg-desktop-portal-kde package is installed and the plasma-xdg-
desktop-portal-kde service is running.
However, it says
xdg-desktop-portal-kde[2953]: qt.qpa.services: Failed to register with
host portal QDBusError("org.freedesktop.portal.Error.Failed", "Could not
register app ID: Connection already associated with an application ID")
