Hello and thank you for your review,

- I contained the archs to amd64 and arm64 per your recommendation,
- I did not put the Vcs because I intend these to be maintained in git-ubuntu,
per this guidance [0]
- Added MultiArch: no.
- d/copyright: Fixed Source and Upstream-Name. That must have been leftovers
from the upstream packaging, sorry for that.
- d/rules: Removed template comments.
- Fix the autopkgtests that were indeed quite weird. Now running both tools
from the package with --help to test that they are installed and linked
correctly on the installed system.
- Updated to 0.14.2 which is the latest upstream at this moment.
- Added a lrc.config file to ignore `LICENSE and NOTICE` files. I double check
every overriden license file to check if that was not hiding some missed
copyrights, and some where indeed missing.

I hope that I have addressed all your concerns. I've pushed the changes
on the ubuntu/devel branch and also reuploaded the package to Stonking
in the same PPA than before [1]
