@Till I don't think so Before the steps above, I've updated the foo2zjs with the instructions from http://foo2zjs.rkkda.com/ , but things gone worse, as the printer doesn't even recognized anymore.
Also, the "apt-get dist-upgrade" doesn't touch foo2zjs, but only hplip hpijs hplip-data . The strange thing is, hpijs-ppds dissapear also.
