Public bug reported:

After selecting this sddm theme, on the next login the virtual keyboard
flashed on and off several times per second continuously, blocking
access to the password field. Setting DefaultInput= in any of the
sddm.conf.d files didn't help, nor did making a new file with only that
setting. Removing the package didn't remove the file from sddm.conf.d,
so the bug persisted when I used other themes. Manually deleting the
config file from sddm.conf.d stopped the error.

I'm running kubuntu 26.04 on a System 76 Pangolin Pro. There was a
similar bug that affected the live USB, at the "Try or install" screen,
where the display would flash a white screen and only briefly return
control - I was able to select the "try" button by waiting for the brief
periods when I had access, and get the distro installed. Not sure if
it's related, but it's the closest thing to a similar issue I've had so
far.
