Public bug reported:

The integration test program d/tests/secvar_update.py - used for testing
FirmwareSecvarUpdater - was found to have an incompatible license
(GPL-3.0-only) with one of its dependencies virt-firmware
(GPL-2.0-only).

d/tests/secvar_update.py was introduced in resolute and has now made its
way into stonking.

Follow up uploads are being prepared for resolute and stonking that re-
license this file to GPL-2+.
