Public bug reported:
On Ubuntu server, chrony does not get NTP sources from DHCP. On Ubuntu
desktop, this is done with a dispatcher script
(/usr/lib/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/20-chrony-dhcp).
Adapting the NetworkManager script for networkd works (see POC script
attached).
