Public bug reported:

I've set up screen time limit in Wellbeing section in Settings. Some
time later I've suspended my laptop by closing the lid. After opening
it, I saw the message on the lock screen that the daily screen time
limit is reached.

The Ignore button below doesn't work. It reacts to clicks by blinking,
but does nothing more.

I couldn't log in or shut down the computer gracefully, so I ended up
force powering it off by holding the power button. (After powering it on
no screen time warning were on the login screen, and I could log in
normally.)

I've added the photo of the lock screen, and the screenshot of settings.

** Affects: gnome-shell (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
