Hello and thank you for your review,

- I contained the archs to amd64 and arm64 per your recommendation,
- I did not put the Vcs because I intend these to be maintained in git-ubuntu,
per this guidance [0]
- d/control:
        - Added MultiArch: no
        - Fix the description stanza
        - Removed the break/replace with upstream's legacy versions; Chances
that people
have these installed and not NVIDIA's archive (which overseds this
packaging because of versioning) are very very low.
- d/rules:
        - droped DH_GOPAKG export
- Excluded testdata/compat from the tarball; this resolves 6 lintian lines. I
added a patch to reflect this and prevent tests that rely on these precompiled
files to run. the package is now a -dfsg one.
- Added the Apache NOTICE through rules/dh_installdocs
- I'm not updating to the latest upstream version to stay aligned with
libnvidia-container.
- I ran `lrc` and I dont see issues. The only remaining lines are false
positives.
- Remove leftover manpages

I hope that I have addressed all your concerns. I've pushed the changes
on the ubuntu/devel branch and also reuploaded the package to Stonking
in the same PPA than before [1]
