The update versions have been synced to the new stonking series, for resolute we need to see what's the easiest way to address the issue. The changes from python-proton-vpn-api-core 4.16.0-3 to 5.1.2-1 are non trivial and include features so doing that version update isn't going to be easy according to our stable update rules (https://documentation.ubuntu.com/project/SRU/explanation/principles/).
