yolomunny (yolomunny) This update has been more focused on security issues (there have been quite a few CVEs over the last few weeks). Supposedly, the June update will already address these problems. On one hand, I think it's a long wait, given that it affects hardware that is quite common in Linux. Since these CVEs don't affect me personally, I'll stick with the proposed kernel. However, Timo Aaltonen (tjaalton) I would like to see the deployment through the regular update channel sped up as much as possible, so that users experiencing this issue don't have to choose. There's still a month left until June 22nd. I understand that everything has its process, but I've been seeing this topic on Reddit every few days since the April launch, and even before that.
