Hi Alessandro,

I'm not sure at all. I haven't been given any updates, but if the logo
and wording can be overridden via a config file (basically
s/ubuntu/edubuntu/), then it's fine. If that can be done, is there any
documentation anywhere that shows this? I don't exactly have any
examples.

As far as I know, at least at the time this bug was filed, the branding
was done via patches, which leaves Edubuntu without any options to
change or override anything. Once that's all done, this can *also* be
used for the initial user setup on the Raspberry Pi images.

As far as the Ubuntu Pro stuff, a few years have gone by and I don't see
any reason now why flavors cannot use Pro, though after 3 years it
becomes moot anyhow as the community support completely drops off.
However, that's not really what we're discussing here, so I just thought
I'd clarify that I don't have any problem with the Pro items being
there.

(also, reading back on this, dang was I ever grumpy)
