prevjournal.txt shows the machine went to sleep and never woke up, so
that would be a kernel bug. Certainly the gnome-shell process was still
running and never crashed in either of your logs.

That doesn't explain crashes while using the machine though, like when
"watching a youtube video in chrome browser". So next time the problem
happens please follow the steps in comment #5 again.
