On Noble, I do not see the line #protocols = $protocols sieve in
/etc/dovecot/conf.d/20-managesieve.conf
In addition to that, On Resolute, the /etc/dovecot/conf.d/90-sieve.conf
has the
sieve_script personal {
driver = file
path = ~/sieve
active_path = ~/.dovecot.sieve
}
