Hi Spencer,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

The report currently lacks enough information to determine which package
is responsible, so more diagnostics are needed before the bug can be
triaged further.

Could you please provide the following:

1. Kernel version:

   uname -r

2. Session type (Wayland or Xorg):

   echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE

3. Graphics hardware information:

   lspci -nnk | grep -A3 -E "VGA|3D|Display"

4. Relevant kernel messages from the affected session:

   journalctl -k -b | grep -i -E
"drm|gpu|i915|intel_powerclamp|throttle"

5. Does the lag occur:

   only during video playback,
   only when switching workspaces,
   or both independently?

Please also let us know:

  which video player/browser is affected,
whether the issue occurs under both Wayland and Xorg (if tested),
and whether this regression started after a specific update or kernel change.

Once we have this information we can determine the appropriate package
and continue investigation.
