Thank you for the bug report! I can confirm gcc-alpha-linux-gnu is only built for amd64, arm64, and ppc64 and therefore install should not be attempted on s390x. This can be fixed by adding [amd64 arm64 ppc64el] to the package in debian/control. Marking server-todo
