3)Does this work with 24.04 and 25.10? <Conie> We have tested this issue with 24.04 and the system boots successfully without entering emergency mode. 4)And when you say "Append the "rd.auto"," what do you mean? HOW are you appending it to allow this to work? Can you show a diff of the stock vs updated rd.auto? <Conie> The issue no longer persists starting from the Ubuntu 26.04 (2026-04-24 build). I am not certain which specific updates between the 2026-03-08 and 2026-04-24 builds resolved it, but the fix appears to be included in the latest image. I have attached the logs for both the Ubuntu 26.04 (0424 build) and 24.04 for your reference.
