Public bug reported:
If you rename a KDE Virtual Desktop within Settings (Apps & Windows ->
Window Management -> Virtual Desktops) then it applies for that session
but reverts at next login.
The reason is that the changes never make it into ~/.config/kwinrc.
So you are left with "Desktop 1" for the first one and whatever you
first chose for succeeding ones.
If you edit kwinrc in an editor you can makes changes that work
(although you'd need to create Name_1 entry, as it isn't there by
default).
