I'm pretty sure that the syntax is valid, though. Looking at the manpage
for 'systemd-networkd-wait-online'
(https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/resolute/man8/systemd-networkd-
wait-online.8.html):
-i INTERFACE[:MIN_OPERSTATE[:MAX_OPERSTATE]]
I'm also unable to reproduce this on a VM.
