Public bug reported:
Summary
I am experiencing two distinct issues on Ubuntu Kylin 26.04:
The system Calendar occasionally crashes, resulting in the generation of
core dump files.
The Calendar application displays an incorrect or abnormal title bar layout.
Issue 1: System Crash & Core Dump
Steps to Reproduce (Crash)
Log in to Ubuntu Kylin 26.04.
Perform normal operations [such as open Calendar].
The system freezes/crashes and restarts.
After reboot, check /var/crash/ for core dump files.
Expected Behavior
The Calendar should remain stable without crashing. If a crash occurs, Apport
should capture the details gracefully without leaving large unhandled core
dumps in user directories unless configured.
Actual Behavior
The Calendar crashes unexpectedly. Core dump files are generated in /var/crash/
or the home directory.
Issue 2: Calendar Title Bar Display Issue
Steps to Reproduce (Calendar)
Open the Calendar application from the launcher or dock.
Observe the top title bar of the window.
Expected Behavior
The title bar should display the standard window controls (minimize, maximize,
close) and the application name correctly, consistent with other UKUI
applications.
Actual Behavior
The title bar is [duplicated].
