Thanks for including the kernel messages. The xhci_hcd TRB DMA errors
you've shared are useful, but this report is from Ubuntu 18.04, which is
no longer in normal support.
I'm marking this Incomplete for now. Please test whether the same issue
occurs on a currently supported Ubuntu release with the same dock
hardware. If it still happens, please file a new report from that
supported system including a fresh dmesg log captured right after the
failure.
