Public bug reported: I did 'update-manager -d' to update from 7.10 to 8.04 Alpha 3.
The default kernel (2.6.24-4-i386 I think) doesn't work, I tried twice. I think it kicked me out to BusyBox with some (initramfs) something prompt, and I couldn't type anything. The 2.6.24-4-generic worked though. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [Hardy Alpha 3] default kernel dont work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/184590 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
