I've not particular opinion on the wording to be used here, but I agree
we should not go too much in details.

Regarding forcing the user to select a theme, I do think it would be too
much, given that one is already pre-selected in fact.

However, the very same feature is also exposed in gnome-control-center
(in background section), so definitely an OLED display user will be
prompted for this message more times (maybe adding a reminder in the
power section was also nice, but we're too late for it) and not just
during the initial setup phase, thus this would at least trigger some
curiosity, I hope.
