Higher CPU/GPU usage when App Center is opened and on "manage" page.
How to reproduce:
1. Open "App Center"
2. Click "Manage"
Symptom: The system keep CPU usage around 20%. And GPU usage at 35%
(50Watt).
Context: All options except "manage" will spike cpus usage to 15% for a
brief period then CPU usage goes down to 1-2%.
** Affects: ubuntu
