I think the problem here is that libcurl4-gnutls-dev is marked Multi-
Arch: same, but it also installs this file, /usr/bin/curl-config, which
is outside of /usr/lib/<arch_triplet> (e.g. /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu).
Hence, despite the Multi-Arch: same declaration, the i386 and amd64
versions are not actually co-installable.
