I can't see anything obviously going wrong but do note you have a real-
time thread in gnome-shell. This is used for low-latency mouse cursor
movement but is also known to trigger untraceable crashes on some AMD
systems. That's being tracked in bug 2077216 and is not fixed in Ubuntu
24.04, but there is a workaround. Add this:
MUTTER_DEBUG_KMS_THREAD_TYPE=user
to /etc/environment and reboot.
