* live-settings: Fix post-installer splash screen (LP: #2146592)
- Add PostInstallSplash.qml and images to org.ubuntustudio-live.desktop
theme to work around KF6 path traversal security check that blocks
symlinks resolving outside the active theme directory
- Reorder ExecStopPost in system-installer.service to show splash
before switching to org.ubuntustudio-dark.desktop theme
