Public bug reported:

Please remove gtk3-nocsd from resolute. It was removed from Debian
because its binary packages are now built by source package gtk-nocsd.
(This means that gtk3-nocsd wouldn't be able to build successfully any
more in resolute. I think Launchpad would block it at the "upload" step
of the build.)

I'm filing an explicit removal bug because
- There was an Ubuntu diff
- It might be late in Ubuntu's development cycle to run process-removals

dependency analysis
**************
gtk3-nocsd is now a transitional package so the reverse recommends can be
ignored for Archive Admin purposes.

$ reverse-depends src:gtk3-nocsd
Reverse-Recommends
==================
* unity-session                 (for gtk3-nocsd)

$ reverse-depends -b src:gtk3-nocsd
No reverse dependencies found

** Affects: gtk3-nocsd (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
