This has deleted the legacy initscript /etc/init.d/rabbitmq-server, which is necessary for launching the RabbitMQ service within a Docker container, since systemd cannot be used in Docker. This broke the continuous integration tests for Zulip. I don’t know if deleting the initscript was intentional, but in any case it’s not an appropriate change for a stable release update.
