The issue is slightly easier than what we see here.
Compiling JackBridge1.cpp (wine64)
make[3]: /usr/lib/wine/winegcc: No such file or directory
In wine 10.0, the binary moved. Simply a matter of pointing debian/rules
to it. Fix incoming.
