Hi kenorb,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

This appears to be caused by mixing packages from non-Ubuntu sources
(PPA or third-party repository) with official Ubuntu repositories. The
error occurs because the same firmware file exists in both `nvidia-
firmware-570` and its version-specific update package.

I don't see version 570.172.08-0ubuntu1 in Ubuntu's official publishing
history, which confirms you're getting it from a PPA or external source.
Additionally, your system should be pulling newer firmware versions
(like 570.195.03) if your repositories are up to date.

This is outside the scope of Ubuntu bug tracking. Please contact the
maintainer of whatever PPA or third-party repository you're using for
assistance.

If you'd like to resolve this yourself, you'll need to either:
- Remove the conflicting packages from non-Ubuntu sources, or
- Update your repositories to match official Ubuntu versions

Thanks!
