Public bug reported:
Fresh install with 2 x NVMe disks raid1 MDADM+LVM. Same setup works with
24.04.4.
After the install I ended up in emergency mode and to continue startup I had to
do:
mdadm --assemble --force /dev/md0 /dev/nvme0n1p2 /dev/nvme1n1p2
lvm vgscan
lvm lvscan
lvm vgchange -ay
I also have the rdsosreport.txt that was generated to initramfs.
