+ - reboot to 6.17.0-14 and it works

  After boot on linux kernel 6.17.0-14-generic, I got linux kernel panic:
  
  Kerlen panic! Please reboot your computer. VFS: Unable to mount roor fs
  on unknown-block(0,0).
  
  When I boot older version 6.14.0-37-generic (from which I report this
  issue), all works fine.
